There are activities than can give bad effect such as watching television, often playing game, work in front of computer all day long.

To keep your eyes health, you can consume the nutrient foods and contain vitamine A such as carrot, avocado, tomato, papaya,orange, spinach, and broccoli.
6. Do exercise
You can do exer cise for 30 minutes in 3 times a week. It can reduce the compression in eyes, so it can reduce glaukoma risk.
7. Check up your eyes in regulary
