Beautiful Eyes





Eye is the five senses that is very  vital part for people. People can see the beautiful world by eyes. we must keep our eyes health since childhood by keep and check,  healthy life style and eat the right foods, It can help to keep our eyes health so our eyes can do optimal. There are activities than can give bad effect such as watching television, often playing game, work in front of computer  all day long.
There are tips to keep our eyes health, let’s see:
1. Quite near when you watching television, playing game, and, reading book
If you often quite near watching television, it can make your eyes become minus. When you watching television the minimum distance 2 meters. It can make your eyes become tired and dry, wink your eyes in a while.
2. Don’t rub your eyes in often
When your eyes got dust, rub your eyes carefully.
3. Aviod your eyes from dust or polution
When you activities in out door such as on road or in industry area, you should use eyes protect like eye glasses. Avoid your eyes from dust because it can make your  infection.
4. Use eye glassses
Ultra violet ray is one of cause ossification of lens, cataract, and descent of eyesight. Using dark eye  glasses can filter the  ultra violet ray to 100 percent or may be you can use hat to descent it.
5. Consume the food which is contain vitamine A
To keep your eyes health, you can consume the nutrient foods and contain vitamine A such as carrot, avocado, tomato, papaya,orange, spinach, and broccoli.
6. Do exercise
You can do exer cise for 30 minutes in 3 times a week. It can reduce the compression in eyes, so it can reduce glaukoma risk.
7. Check up your eyes in regulary
Check up your eyes in regulary can prevent your eyes from illness.

Natural is Good

 Every woman certainly want to have natural beauty skin because beauty is an asset that priceless for them.. They want to looks beauty and different with the other. So, if you want to get natural beauty skin without spend your a lot of many to the beauty salon, using the expensive cosmetics, and many more... I wiil give you   some tips to get natural beauty skin, Let's see it....!!!
1. Cosume foods which is contain vitamine
Vitamine is important for you such as vitamine A make your skin more soft...vitamine B complex make reduce your acne... vitamine C make your cell skin strong... vitamine E make your skin become fresh..
2. Use zaitun oil
Do you know the advantages of zaitun oil..?? if you use it in long term, your skin will be soft and it can reduce the wrinkle on your face. You can use it before sleep, spread it on your face and continue with facial foam..
3. Honey mask
Honey has advantages for  skin. It can reduce acne and spot light on your face. Spread it on your face until 10 minutes, after that wash your face.. you can see the result  after you use it five to eight times..
4.  Drink up Yogurt
The main advantage of yogurt is to help the system intestines, but it has the  other advantages in beauty. You can use it as mask before sleep. It can help defend your beauty and make your skin more light..
5. Add the sprout in your menu food
Do you know the contain on sprout..??? it has vitamine B, C, and E.. Chinese people using it for skin beauty, they add it on their menu and cook until half done to keep the contain of vitamine..
6. Doing exercise
Doing exercise make your body fresh and help your  blood stream well... so your face become fresh.

Special Fried Rice





The ingredients:   2 plates rice
  •   2 onions
  •   3 garlics
  •   2 chili and slice it
  •   Tomato sauce
  •  1 egg
  •   2 spoons oil
  •   Salt
  • Ground pepper appropriate with your taste
  •   Chicken, shrimp, meat ball, appropriate with your taste

The steps:
1.  Heat up the oil on the fraying pan, and then put the onions, garlics, and chili which is pounded until cook and get flavorous smell.
2.  Put the ingredients mix such as chicken, shrimp, and etc. Stir it until cook and flat.
3.  Put the egg, stir it again.
4.  Put the rice, stir it until flat with the other ingredients.
5.  Give enough salt , sauce tomato, and pepper ground  appropriate with your taste.
6.Give the garnish such as  slice of tomato, cucumber, etc.
7.The fried rice ready to serve.

It’s simple recipe to cook friend rice... you can do it as your breakfast  when you have busy time..
