INTRODUCTION
The
traffic accidents is one of the most caused
die in Indonesia. The public put the transportation as a necessity. Another it, morotcycles have been increasing
every years. By it, the traffic accidents have been given significance effects
in many parts of life such as social and economic.
On
2012, according to AKBP Dwiyono as a police leader Banyumas, in around
Banyumas, Central Java the traffic accidents was increase up to 402 cases . In
generally the caused factors traffic accidents such as human error, the bad road
condition, the own vehicles. The victims of traffic accidents were dominated by
young people and productive age. Mostly, the traffic accidents case were happen
on motorcycle user, and public transportation user.
To
overcome it, the police in Banyumas have been done some acts such as check the
vehicle equiptments like the lamp, rearview mirror, and many others. Another
it, they make coordination with other side to repair the bad road.
II. CAUSED FACTORS TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
There
are four caused factors traffic accidents which is often happen, they are:
1. Human
Error
It
is the most caused of traffic accident. It can be happen the driver
sleepy, tired, not focuse, and etc.
2. Mechanical
Failure
It
is very important thing. Sometimes the traffic accidents caused by mechanical
failure such as lost brake, bad condition machine, and etc.
3. Bad
Condition Road
The
condition road that wavy, hole, and broke, it is very damage for the road user.
4. Bad
Weather or Nature
It
is one of the factor that can make traffic accidents. The bad weather can make
low rage of visibility and the slippery road.

This chart show the high significance of
traffic accidents in Banyumas. On 2011 show the traffic accidents about 1.038
cases while on 2012 show the traffic accidents about 1.439 cases. The
conclusion on this chart, on 2011 to 2012 was increase up to 402 cases.
IV.
STUDY
CASE
On November 4, 2012, in Baturaden it was
happen continue traffic accident. This
accident caused by the lost brake on Raharja bus that was carrying the students
of healthy faculty. When the bus want to down from Baturaden suddenly the bus
got lost brake and it struck other vehicles such as car, motorcycles, and some
shops in around the road. By it, six people pass away and the other got
seriously injured.
The conclusion on this case, this
accident was caused by mechanical failure. So mechanical failure is important
thing to do before we are do the trip, we have to check all of the parts and
repair it. The other one, we have to be carefull in driving and fallow the rule
of traffic.
V. CONCLUSION
The traffic accident is one of the most caused die in Indonesia. factors
traffic accidents such as human error, the bad road condition, the own
vehicles. The victims of traffic accidents were dominated by young people and
